Prosecutor Vukas Radonjic informed the NGO, Pobjeda daily reports, that the statute of limitation expired long before the filing of criminal charges and bringing the reported act to knowledge of the basic prosecutor.
Centre for Civic Education submitted on January 23rd 2015 to the Chief State Prosecutor Ivica Stankovic criminal charges against an official of the Bar DPS, Mr. Milan Babovic, and Minister of Science, Mrs. Sanja Vlahovic, alongside 15 other unidentified persons “on suspicion that they committed the criminal offense of unauthorized use of copyrighted material and fraud”.
