The Civil Aviation Agency (ACV) has issued an airworthiness certificate and registration confirmation to ToMontenegro for one of its aircraft, officially adding it to Montenegro’s civil aircraft register.

The airline also received an updated air operator certificate, confirming the aircraft meets all technical and operational requirements for commercial flights.

According to the ACV, this decision followed a thorough technical inspection, verification of all supporting documentation, and confirmation that the airline resolved previously identified non-compliances.

The ACV emphasised that the process was conducted professionally and independently, with safety as the top priority. Inspections and corrective actions are described as standard procedures in issuing airworthiness certificates.

ACV’s departments responsible for flight safety, compliance monitoring, and legal matters were fully engaged in what was described as a demanding process. Montenegro’s aviation authority reaffirmed its commitment to upholding the highest standards of safety in all areas of civil aviation.
