A total of eight shipping containers carrying 4.000 packs of cigarettes worth nearly 3.5 million euro were seized in the Port of Bar, the Revenue and Customs Administration stated.
The owner of cigarettes is the company ‘Lenira International’, which has connections with the ‘Playmaker’ company.
The Revenue and Customs Administration reminds that ever since the new administration has taken over, they’ve been taking intensive action against the smuggling of tobacco products, and this is the third large action of seizure.
