Branko Kažanegra and Sofija Kaluđerović from Budva, as well as companies “Casa al Mare” and “Stublina”, will build apartment complex in Bečići, near the shore. The complex will consist of four facilities, with a total of 150 apartments. The total surface area of the complex is 14,3 thousand square meters and the project envisages also pools and pool beaches.
The apartment facility, which takes the most of the urban plot, is located in the southwestern and western part. Business premises will be in the northern part and the southern parts are projected like pool-oriented apartment units.
This complex will have ground floor, 9 floors , 75 apartments and two underground floors where the garage will be located. Reception, business premises and 4 apartments will be on the ground floor. First floor will have nine apartments. The complex finishes with six apartments on 8th floor and three apartments on the 9th floor. There will be 83 garage places within the complex.
The second facility in the complex will have 24 apartments, ground floor and 6 floors. It will also have two levels of underground garages.
The third facility in the complex will have eight apartments, underground garage, ground floor and four floors. It will have nine garage places.
The fourth facility in the complex will have two underground floors, ground floor and eight floors. It will also have 43 apartments and 48 parking places.
A trapezoid-like pool will be on the southern side of the complex. There is a reception, coffee-restaurant with small kitchen and a bar in the ground floor. Solar panels for hot water will be at the rooftop.
