Montenegro’s about to go through the election process and no one knows how it’s going to end in a legal sense, says the Justice Minister, Marko Kovac, adding that we’ll get into a dangerous situation if MPs don’t elect judges of the Constitutional Court today.
In a statement for Radio Montenegro, Minister Kovac notes that it’s extremely important to elect judges of the afore-mentioned court.
“Therefore, if an appeal happens, we won’t have official election results, that is, the determined list of councillors.”
Such a state of play is obviously desirable for those who wish to stir instability in the country, the Minister concluded.
