The ministry stressed that, for reasons of rationality and efficacy, the campaign would dominantly be bound to the main centres of the UN.
“Those are New York, Genève and Vienna, as well as contacts with other multilateral organisations. Besides the usual diplomatic activity, the campaign does not imply additional spending”, the ministry told Pobjeda newspapers.
Thus, it also answered numerous speculations about the cost of Luksic’s candidacy that have appeared in the past few days.
On Tuesday, Demos stated that the government was hiding information, thus “underestimating Montenegrin taxpayers who would pay the unknown cost of the candidacy”.
