Pre-election silence ahead of Sunday election in Podgorica and 13 municipalities started at midnight, whereas around 350.000 of citizens have the right to vote.
Aside from Podgorica, elections will be held in Bar, Bijelo Polje, Pljevlja, Rozaje, Budva, Danilovgrad, Zeta, Tivat, Plav, Kolasin, Zabljak, Pluzine and Savnik.
There will be eight electoral rolls in the capital.
According to data of the Ministry of Interior, Podgorica has the largest number of voters (143.523), followed by Bar (39.854), Bijelo Polje (39.469), Pljevlja (24.592) and Rozaje (22.806).
Budva accounts for 18.783 of voters, Danilovgrad 13.179, Zeta 12.524, Tivat 11.993, Plav 9.364 and Kolasin 6.097. In Zabljak, a total of 3.031 residents have the right to vote, while in Pluzine 2.382 and Savnik 1.968.
The polls will be open from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m.
