Works on the reconstruction of the Matesevo-Kolasin road will be completed by the end of the year, announced Minister of Transport and Maritime Affairs Filip Radulovic.
Together with the director of the Traffic Administration, Radomir Vuksanovic, he toured the works on the 9-kilometer-long section. He said that the pace and quality of the works so far were at a high level.
“The plan is for the reconstruction of this road section, weather permitting, to be completed by the end of December so that road users will have a safe, high-quality and modern road”, said Radulovic.
The minister emphasized that this section, along with the highway, would significantly enable a faster, more comfortable and safer connection between the northern and central parts of Montenegro.
Vuksanovic said that asphalt works were being carried out, as well as the works on the rehabilitation of the landslide having appeared at the beginning of the year.
