A three-year-old girl was injured after being attacked by stray dogs in the centre of Bar. According to her mother, the child suffered multiple bites and required medical treatment, including a tetanus shot, and is now traumatised.
The mother said the area has long been unsafe due to a large number of stray dogs, as well as dogs gathered by an individual who allegedly does not properly care for them. She warned this poses a serious danger, especially to children.
She also criticised authorities for failing to act despite the ongoing issue and called for urgent intervention to prevent further incidents, even considering legal action against the municipality.
